The position
As an organisational readiness and learning partner, you will lead important changes and capability development initiatives in close collaboration with our project owners within Global Medical Affairs (GMA) and partners in the regions and affiliates. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Drive capabilities development within a therapeutic area.
• Uncover needs for capability development and provide sparring to the team of directors and medical managers in GMA
• Take an active role in defining organizational needs and executing therapy area strategic initiatives to ensure organizational readiness
• Facilitate the process of defining key competencies needed for current and future roles within the medical organization
• Drive cross-portfolio projects to inspire, share, mature, and implement new approaches to learning and to internal processes All these tasks require proactive planning, an agile approach, a high degree of communication to the organization, continuous knowledge sharing and an ability to juggle many balls at the same time.

Qualifications
The qualifications we value include:
• A MSc degree related to Science, Business or Engineering
• At least, 5 years of experience within project management and substantial understanding of the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
• Solid experience from larger organizations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, full proficiency in English
• Experience working with adult learning is a plus, but not a must As a person you have a growth mindset, you can easily inspire people around you, you are able to work independently, you are a change management agent, well-structured and a dedicated team-player with a high integrity and a proactive mind-set.

GMA improves patients' lives by being the leading partner in the generation, interpretation, and communication of scientific data. In Strategic Operations, we drive key strategic initiatives for the medical organization worldwide and the medical learning department is a newly established team with high ambitions of supporting the global organization by offering the best medical talent development pathways in the pharmaceutical industry.
