The position As Associate IT Project Manager you will be leading one or more projects which will vary in size and scope, and ensuring they comply with Novo Nordisk Project Management standard and best practises. Some of your main responsibilities include: Managing IT Projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline and budget Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocation Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify project requirements and objectives Communicating and reporting on project progress to stakeholders and management Overseeing project risks and issues as well as developing mitigation plans Qualifications To succeed in this role, we imagine you have: A bachelor’s or master’s degree within engineering, computer science, IT or another relevant field of study A previous work experience with IT project management obtained either from a student job or fulltime position The capacity to translate technical and business requirements to a variety of stakeholders Experience or knowledge of different project management frameworks such as Waterfalls, stage gate model and agile project Management Fluency in English, both written and spoken As a person you are open, honest, and curious, you like to be part of a team, but also have the ability to work independently. You possess excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills. You have flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities. And last but not least, you take pride in delivering quality work. About the department Contract Manufacturing, Sourcing & Devices (CSD), which is an area with more than 3,000 employees spanning Denmark, Japan, Algeria, Iran and Russia. CSD is responsible for manufacturing of devices and needles, as well as sourcing for various goods and materials for production across all of Novo Nordisk. You will join a team of approximately 20 colleagues in CSD Business Support within the CSD IT & Digitalisation Department. As Novo Nordisk continues to grow, so does our team.
