The position As a Tech Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for driving the technology portfolio for Manufacturing in PS Biotech & Rare Diseases (BRD) and ensuring that it aligns with our overall BRD business strategy. As a Technology Strategy Manager, you'll be responsible for:
  • Facilitating the Tech strategy process in BRD Manufacturing Development
  • Managing BRD's technology portfolio to ensure alignment with our overall business strategy
  • Developing plans to leverage and mature technology to achieve our goals
  • Evaluating the company's current technology portfolio and identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate technology into all aspects of our business, as well as recommending new technologies and tools to improve our operations.
  • You will work closely with our Leadership team, Innovation leads, Tech intelligence and Business Support strategy to identify challenges and opportunities for growth and innovation as well as and develop plans to leverage technology to achieve our goals. Qualifications To qualify for the role of Technology Strategy Manager, you should have:
  • A Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in technology strategy, consulting, or a related field
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and use analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the industry, as well as experience with project management and agile methodologies.

About the Department The job will be placed in a newly established department called Biotech & Rare Diseases (BRD) Innovation & Tech Strategy. The department is part of BRD Manufacturing Development (MDev) with base in Denmark. BRD MDev are approximately 340 colleagues who directs the product and process development for all BRD, driving innovation when it comes to industry 4.0 technologies and expansion of the product portfolio. Together we drive change by always looking for improvements within our processes and in the way we work to make our products reach as many patients as possible.
