Based in Bagsværd and Ballerup, Denmark, reporting directly to the Corporate Vice President, Digital Data & IT Product Supply (CVP DD&IT PS), as VP DD&IT - Injectable Finished Products (VP DD&IT IFP) of Novo Nordisk Global, you will lead a team of 8 managers reporting directly, with in total 500 dedicated and passioned colleagues distributed across the globe with overall responsibility for setting the IT/OT strategic direction of the sites.
Your main accountabilities will be to: Lead as product owner for IFP’s IT/OT. Drive IFP’s IT/OT operations towards IFP’s aspirations and individual site annual objectives. Engage with stakeholders to ensure site priorities are understood and translated in site’s IT/OT roadmap. Ensure inspiring leadership people to Site DD&IT PS Managers, onboarding and hiring. People/career/competencies development. Coaching & mentoring. In addition to the responsibility of running the local projects and operations, the establishment of this team is part of a wider organizational change that aims at creating a united, sustainable, and agile IT/OT organization where resources work globally to secure operational excellence while accelerating our journey towards Digital PS 2023 ambition across sites. What are we looking for?
As the next Vice President, we would like you to come with the following:
Master’s degree in in IT/Computer Science/Engineering or business related. 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare-related industry or similar from other industries with proven track records in business insight and production. Required leadership experience at sites/shopfloor, delegating and empowering others to take action. Fluency in spoken and written English is required. Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.

As the new VP DD&IT IFP, in collaboration with both internal colleagues and external partners, you now have the unique opportunity to head up this important momentum driven by innovation, agility and simplicity in Novo Nordisk’s global manufacturing sites for IFP.
