About the department
OFP MDEV Project Office consists of approx. 18 dedicated Project Managers as well as specialist supporting both Manufacturing Development and our productions sites in Maaloev Dk and Durham US. The position as Technical Senior Project Manager in OFP MDEV Project office is an expansion since we are an area in growth.
The position
As our new colleague, your days will be highly varied; you will be a part of a project team with focus on technical and/or equipment projects supporting OFP.
Your primary focus as a Senior Project Manager is to maintain and secure overview of ongoing and coming project in our tablet productions and support management in decisions and prioritization.
Other responsibilities will be to:
• execute on projects in close collaboration with our production sites, technical support, business support and other stakeholders
• be involved in building and maintaining a high level of quality
• use LEAN tools to ensure that we systematically solve our problems with a lasting and well-thought-through solution.
You will have a versatile working day with different types of tasks, where there are both short and long deadlines. In the job, you will have a wide range of stakeholders, and therefore good collaboration skills are essential.
Qualifications
To succeed in this job, you:
• have a relevant academic background such as engineer, pharmacist, chemist or similar scientific/technical education
• have minimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager
• ideally have experience in a GMP-regulated production environment
• are fluent in English
As a person, you have a high-quality mindset and meet your deadlines. With your structured approach to your tasks, you maintain an overview - even in a changing environment where priorities can change quickly. Personal drive, energy and a positive attitude are essential for a production where working hours in periods can vary, and the pace is high.
