As Digital Training Partner your main responsibility will be to support line of business in ensuring effective, efficient, and compliant training and competence development set-ups. You will do so by either acting as project manager, driving development projects, or by serving as a consultant for the line of business, where you will drive implementation of best practice standards in close collaboration with the local training organization. Your tasks will include: Experiment with new technologies that we potentially could implement. Run pilot projects to test new technology: E.g., use cases where Extended Reality (virtual and augmented reality) brings value for the business and the employees. Project management: implementing known technology solutions related to training processes. E.g., Augmented Instructions and video guides. Collaboration and communication to all stakeholders including end-users. You must be able to communicate and engage on all levels in the organization, as your key stakeholders will be employees, team leaders, and department managers. To truly understand what adds value and makes a difference to our stakeholders, you will spend most of your time on shop floor with your colleagues from line of business. Qualifications You hold a relevant master’s degree within adult learning, learning management, organizational development, psychology or similar. You could also hold a relevant bachelor´s degree, with several years of experience. Ideally you have 3-5 years of relevant experience with developing and implementing competence development programs preferably from the pharma industry and have comprehensive knowledge of training principles. Experience managing complex roadmaps working in collaboration with tech departments and local leaders. Understanding and experience working with IT and GxP. Experience with Scrum, design thinking or other digital methodologies is an advantage. Lean and continuous improvement knowledge or experience is an advantage. You are passionate, self-driven, and thrive when making a meaningful impact. You have a data driven approach to problem-solving, a structured approach to task management, and a continuous improvement mindset. Furthermore, you have a proven track record in driving change management and engaging stakeholders, and you have experience as a trainer and facilitator. About the department

The team consist of project managers specialized within training and capability building supporting Emerging Technologies including tablet production, QC, development and support areas.
