The position As Associate Manager you will lead a team of 9 highly skilled reference material coordinators and regulatory writers. Your primary focus will be setting the direction for the team regarding implementation of reference material in the development phase of new products and to scope the newly established role of regulatory writers. Furthermore, your tasks will be to:
  • Keep yourself updated with the team’s tasks and projects, know when to get involved, and take action when needed.
  • Place the well-being of your team at the centre of your attention, be present and supportive, and use your skills to build a trustful working environment.
  • Empower, motivate, and develop your team as well as help to balance high ambitions and tight deadlines.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively within the team, but also with collaboration partners/stakeholders.
  • You will be part of a great cross-functional management team sharing knowledge and support each other on management activities. You will have contact to a lot of colleagues outside the team and will be in close dialogue with the development departments, MDev and Regulatory affairs. All in all, it is a challenging and stimulating associate manager job that requires energy, overview, and flexibility. Qualifications We are looking for an Associate Manager who is passionate about or interested in people and project management. This could be your first manager position, but you have experience from the pharmaceutical industry. To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • a master’s degree in science within Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a similar field.
  • a systematic and structural work style, always keeping focus on the broad overview.
  • a good business understanding with strong stakeholder approach across the organisation.
  • a proactive attitude, both when working independently and as a team.
  • fluency in written and spoken Danish & English.
  • Finally, it is important that you know the value of earning trust and respect from colleagues and team members and know how to motivate in a busy and changing workday. The department Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC) Development & scaling within Novo Nordisk makes a real difference for patients with chronic diseases across the world. We develop, manufacture and distribute drug candidates for non-clinical and clinical trials and represent a strong culture with a “can do” mind-set. Your new department, CMC Drug Product & Analytical Development - Project Office, consists of app. 50 employees located in Måløv. The department is involved in early and late-stage drug product development and analytical development of new entities moving through the clinical phases of drug product development.
