The position As our administrative assistant you will have a key role to support the senior management across departments in Safety Surveillance. Your job will consist of various administrative tasks to support Senior Directors, such as:
  • Coordination of departmental meetings and seminars, including preparation of agenda and minutes.
  • Support management on calendar management and travel arrangements.
  • Keep overview of training and travel activities.
  • Onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Manage purchasing of services
  • Guide employees where needed
  • You will be working with highly engaged colleagues and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. You will become a member of an inclusive administrative team that supports across Safety Surveillance and has frequent interactions with other assistants in Global Safety. The job is based in Søborg and offers opportunities for personal and professional development. Qualifications To succeed in this role you should have:
  • 3+ years of experience from similar positions
  • Great coordination skills and a structured approach to your work
  • Flair for numbers
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 and interest in IT systems
  • Full working proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • As a person you are a team player with a proactive approach, you are resourceful and flexible, contributes actively to a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and have a high level of integrity and loyalty. You take ownership for the tasks, work structured with a sense for details, and welcome new responsibilities. You have the ability and willingness to adjust to new situations in a continuously developing environment. About the department Safety Surveillance is a global department within Global Safety. We have global responsibility for the surveillance of all safety information for Novo Nordisk’s products that are currently marketed or under clinical development. Safety Surveillance consists of four senior director departments which is headed by a Vice President.
