We are currently looking for an OCFO Import lead in Billund.
Key responsibilities
- ULD Break Down in line with Maersk Work Instruction & Policies
- Compliance with Maersk policies and guidelines
- Monitor the Warehouse process including timing from Cargo Arrival, unloading of the aircraft, Break down, and potential further dispatch to gateways (RFS)
- Self-checking on completeness, correctness and starting corrective measures in case of deviations
- Reporting of irregularities to the Hub Manager
- Organization of Cargo flow from Airside to Hubs/Gateway
- Troubleshooting with GHA; Warehouse and Operator
- Creation of customs entry upon arrival
- Coordination with Origin Office
- Irregularity solutions on inbound side
- Operational Handling on the Inbound side. Closely in contact with GHA and Forwarders operations.
Accountable for
- Reduction of Errors
- Ensuring Maersk Service promise is delivered
- Daily checks of booking volumes
- Initiation of service improvements
- Regular alignment with team leader on Process deviations & optimization
Critical Competencies
- Experience in Airline (ground) Operations
- Profound English
- Experience with customs processes and regulations
- Customer minded
- Structured working methods
- Team player
