We are looking for a new Public 360° consulting manager located in Norway. Public 360° Consulting is responsible for our consultancy services and business-like implementation projects and other consultancy assignments provided for our customers, including new consultancy services around AI, BI, digitalization services, and process automation. You may have earlier experience of case and document management, and archive solution consultancy business.
Public 360° is a service line within Tietoevry Industry. Internally we are organized in a functional organization We operate primarily in the public sector through our main product Public 360° on cloud and on-premises platforms. Our solutions are used by over 700 businesses and 300,000 users. We are operating in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland, with extended operations located in Ostrava and Pune. In total, we are a team of 350 people organized in four functions – Products & Strategy, Technology & Development, Sales and Consulting.
We have an ambition to become the #1 intelligent information management solution and digitalization platform for the public sector in the Nordics. Our mission is that Public 360° is simplifying everyday work in the public sector. We want to be the Nordic market leader in case and document management systems. We want to be a leading software unit within Tietoevry with a product first identity and focus on recurring revenue. Product first means that we sell our standard product, minimize customizations, and get paid more than once. To meet specific customer needs we use configurability options in the product.
Main tasks
As a consultancy manager, you work as a people manager and lead a team of approximately 15-20 solution consultants in the Nordics, and you will be instrumental in the transformation of our consulting business into more value-adding services with a cloud and product first mindset, where we sell our standard product and minimize customizations. You work also as a Delivery Manager and are accountable of large project portfolio.
You will be accountable for:
- Financial success of defined Public 360° consulting business area in the Nordics with focus on delivery margin and billability as important drivers.
- Renewal and transformation of our consulting offering to simplify everyday work in the public sector, cloud adoption and our product first approach
- Project portfolio profitability and contractual fulfillment through your Delivery Manager responsibility. You secure successful and high-quality Public 360° consulting deliveries for new and existing customers. You will coach project managers/customer team leads who are responsible to provide services for the customers through customer teams.
- Improved customer satisfaction based on strong consulting advisory, delivery capabilities and understanding of customer need
- Implementation and execution of relevant operative plan objectives in the market
- Proactive development and adoption of our common way of working, including success with our global delivery model using our delivery centers in India and the Czech Republic
- A well-functioning team with strong product and advisory competence, and accountabilities and responsibilities l
- Work planning, goal setting, performance monitoring and coaching of team members with the ambition to build motivative and engaged team identity
- Please note that you will share the market consulting business responsibility with some of your Nordic colleagues.
As Public 360° Consulting Manager you will take shared responsibility for:
- The overall success of Public 360° in the market and consultancy services where you will operate, based on close collaboration with Sales, Products&Strategy and Technology & Development, including head of Public 360° in India
- As part of the Nordic consulting management team contribute to new ways of working into scalable and unified processes
- An optimized value chain across the Public 360° organization including cross country resource efficiency, especially emphasizing use of resources from our global delivery centers in Pune and Ostraval
- Employee engagement and improvement activities in your team and jointly in Public360°.
- Continuous development of your team members.
To succeed in this role, you need
- Experience in managing personnel and business
- Great coaching and communication skills
- Strong IT delivery/delivery management experience
- Ability to develop business processes and service and implement changes in your organization.
- Preferably earlier experience of case and document management, and archive solution consultancy business.
- Fluent Norwegian and English
