If this is a driver for you – you could be one of our new colleagues. We are currently looking for 4-5 Senior Project Managers in Virum and Kalundborg to support our customers in expanding production capacity to meet pharma market demand.
As a Senior Project Manager in NNE your main responsibility is to lead a team of highly skilled customers, colleagues, vendors, and contractors to achieve common milestones and deliver our projects on time.
Furthermore, you will be a part of the project management team, with skilled and passionate project managers at all levels.

How you might spend your days
As our new colleague, you have a fundamental desire to make a difference by showing leadership and create engagement for your team, and have proven abilities of:
- Leading CAPEX projects from Basis Design trough Detail Design to Construction, to handover.
- Implementing customer strategy with respect to design, schedule, quality and cost.
- Managing relations across diverse project teams (customers, colleagues, vendors and contractors).
- Leading and facilitating the team to resolve challenges, prioritize, stay focused and always on track.
- Developing individual team members in collaboration with line management.
- Staying transparent and reporting frequently on status, progress, and risk to the steering committee.

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- Solid experience in leading large CAPEX projects within industries such as pharma, biotech, food, oil/gas, energy, and/or healthcare.
- 5 years minimum experience with project management and project governance.
- Experience with fast-track projects where design and construction are executed in parallel.
- Experience with design execution and construction phases within utility-, process- and/or mechanical- facilities/installation.
- Experience with handling contacts from tender to execution.
- Strong networking and stakeholder management skills on all levels, from senior management to supervisor on site.
- Strong verbal communication and branding skills and good at engaging people in teams.
- Fluent in English, preferably also in a Scandinavian language. You live in Denmark.
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Engineering or similar with background in Mechanical, Electrical or Process engineering is essential.
It is preferably if you are certified IPMA, PMI, B.Sc. Project management or similar.
