At nne’s Construction & Site Planning department, we’re proud to say we’re in the process of assisting our customers create the biggest production facility for insulin.
The Department Construction & Site Planning is a newly established department. It’s part of the area Project Planning and together we make sure that we deliver our construction & commissioning projects in a structured and predictable way. We are now looking for a manager to head this new department.

How you might spend your days
As the manager of the department Construction & Site Planning, you’ll be working with a dedicated team having a fundamental desire to make a difference by ensuring solid planning solutions in a project driven work environment. The department already consists of 15 Construction & Site Planning experts. We expect you to:
- Develop Role and Competence descriptions
- Recruit between 10-15 Construction & Site Planners within the next 18-20 monthsLead and manage the team through the development phases a new team go through
- Support and develop systems and procedures within: Project Planning,
- Use your expert stakeholder management skills to take part in building and coordinating customer relationships at local site
- Ensure project compliance and ensure that the nne quality system, standards and methods, including Our Model, are the basis for execution
- Work out of Kalundborg with regular visits to our headoffice in Virum
Who you are

- Have significant leadership experience – also from working with project teams.
- Enjoy developing people and see them grow
- Are experienced and highly competent within management on construction sites, coordinating commissioning activities and you have well developed competences within Project Planning
- Have a good understanding of project governance structures
- Are experienced working closely with customer
The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- Minimum 2-5 years’ experience with line management
- Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in site management and project planning
- Minimum 10 years of experience in planning, monitoring and controlling of project costs and performance as well as proactive opportunity/risk management
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Engineering or similar
- A proven history on successful delivery of complex and large volume construction projects in compliance with agreed cost, schedule and quality targets and in compliance with legal, regulatory and internal Group guidelines and requirements
- Experience with construction and commissioning planning
- Fluent in Danish and English, spoken and written.
- You live in Denmark
