As part of the core product team, the Senior Business Product Manager is responsible to;

  • Build the product and launch product features according to the requirements gathered from internal and external stakeholders.

  • Prioritize deliverables to deliver in line with strategic product vision

  • Ensure that product functions as envisioned and develop in line and ahead of market demands

Key Responsibilities:

Work on activities related to incident management, problem management, change management, and release management involving multiple BI technologies. Your key responsibilities are:

  • Contribute to and Execute on the global product vision and strategy

  • Ensure that the customer requests are translated into a functioning product, from conceptualization to execution

  • Collect requirements from within the organization and continuously take charge of prioritizing them, maintaining the product roadmap

  • Communicate product priorities and roadmap to all relevant internal stakeholders

  • Closely collaborate with IT to ensure requirements are met and delivered

  • Closely collaborate with other existing product teams to leverage existing set ups

  • Drive product testing activities

  • Develop product knowledge management

  • Drive innovation and development of market leading products with proven strong value propositions to the Maersk customers


Required Experience & Skills:

  • At least 5 years in the supply chain domain, preferable also with supply chain planning experience or in 4PL functions

  • Strong verbal/written communication & data presentation skills, BI (dashboard, Visualization etc.), including an ability to effectively develop and communicate clear, thoughtful, and comprehensive analyses.

  • Experience with cross functional setups and international broad geographical scopes

  • Project and product management within the logistics industry

  • Ability to take and drive a strategic view, synthetizing insights into concrete actions

  • Ability to multi-task at a high level

  • Ability to independently seek and consolidate inputs and insights.

  • Degree in Supply chain is an advantage

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships and collaborate across functions and geographies
