As our Senior Business Product Owner (BPO) - Visibility and Data Products, your role is to drive the development of next generation capabilities relating to supply chain visibility, analytics, and insights. This role offers product management experience at a global scale and comes with P&L responsibility.
You will report to the Business Product Owner and be part of our Lead Logistics global product team. You will be working in close collaboration with global customers, other Logistics and Services product teams, Client teams, Technology and Sales etc.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contributing to product ideation, value proposition development and product development roadmaps
- Engaging with Marketing, Sales, and Industry sources to understand customer needs and pain points both broadly and more detailed for the specific scope of the product role
- Contributing to (Amazon style) PR/FAQ development
- Preparing product user stories in alignment with PR/FAQs and product roadmap
- Overseeing the technology and operational development of the capabilities, features and/or parts of the product(s)
- Driving product development in collaboration with technology, sales, marketing, and other relevant teams
- Ensuring frequent feedback loops with customers to make sure products under development have a customer and market fit
- Ensuring that relevant stakeholders have a holistic understanding of the value proposition of the capability, feature and or product to facilitate the development of processes, technology and operations that aligned to the value proposition
- Define and communicate acceptance criteria, collaborating with relevant platforms and product teams
- Continuously manage and optimize the capability, feature and or product post launch to sustain relevance and differentiation
- Work collaboratively across the product and platform organizations to advocate product management best practices and establish Maersk as a world class reference in product management
What we look for
- You have proven experience in Product Management - experience within the shipping/logistics/supply chain or related functions will be a strong advantage
- You have a passion for creative problem solving, leveraging data in support of extracting actionable insights which will yield measurable impact to our customers’ supply chains and businesses
- You have a bias for action
- You are adept and experienced with stakeholder management across multiple levels of seniority, functions, geographies, and cultural backgrounds
- You are a persuasive written and verbal communicator
- You are highly ambitious with a desire to contribute to our vision and transform the product management landscape to drive better customer outcomes
- You are comfortable with ambiguity
