The Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced candidate for the Leadership Hiring Lead role within the TAA function in Europe.
The role will be based in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
The Leadership Hiring Lead will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for senior level positions within our European operations.
- You will partner with hiring managers and people partners on end-to-end recruitment, this includes identifying and sourcing potential candidates, conducting interviews and assessments, and negotiating and extending job offers.
- You will also be responsible for managing relationships with external search firms and maintaining a strong network of industry contacts to identify top talent.
- This role requires a high level of autonomy and the ability to work independently, as well as the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Who We Are Looking For:
- The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience in executive search, preferably within a dynamic multinational environment and with the European market, and a proven track record of successfully placing top candidates in senior level positions.
- In addition to strong recruitment skills, the Senior Recruitment Lead should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with demonstrated experience navigating in a complex stakeholder matrix to foster long term relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Experience particularly in the sector of transport, logistics, supply management etc. is beneficial, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

- A bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is preferred, but not required.
