Opportunity


Has responsibility for the governance of assigned product category in
accordance with the product and charge governance processes and
frameworks. Manages and enforces a standardised approach to validations
of business opportunities. Proactively identifies opportunities to
improve product portfolio and makes step-change improvements in revenue
and governance.Role

•In collaboration with other teams, Own and deliver on S&R Digital, Data and Insights Vision & Strategy.

•Build cohesive relationships with stakeholders in the business, technology, Product & delivery teams ensuring continuous alignment of digital & data strategy.

•In collaboration with other teams, Own and deliver a detailed S&R Digital, Data and Insights Strategic roadmap/action plan.

•Development of S&R dashboards to drive insights delivering performance reports and insight into Safety and Resilience and delivery teams.

•Design and manage underlying data sources and digital tools to allow quick and efficient data extracts to support analysis.

•In collaboration with respective teams, Improve Risk management foresight across business through data and insights visualization with necessary tools, training and user support.

•Champion problem definition, solutioning, implementation and usage of advanced analytics across the Safety & Resilience Function

•In collaboration with stakeholders successfully develop systems and dashboards, meeting & improving End User experience supporting digital strategy.

•Analysing S&R performance trends and produce reports, status updates and metrics as needed.

•Manage and Support BR/HSE/Sec digital system and related processes including documentation.

•Maintain quality control criteria for global systems and data to ensure reporting gaps/shortcomings are identified as early as possible and mitigated.

Key Competencies

•BSc/MSC in relevant discipline. Additional Data Science and analytical qualifications are an advantage.

•A minimum of 5+ years of Experience with digital and Analytical tools, developing insights and tech development cycle.

•Able to translate business needs to tech solutions and digital insights to improvement actions, on a global scale.

•Ability to decipher and organize large amounts of data and build into reports.

•Ability to use available online and company resources to learn and deploy new analysis, insights and software skills (e.g. Youtube, blogs, BI user forums etc.)

•Strong influencer/leader who is able to influence stakeholders and teams.

•Strong Coaching and negotiation skills.
