We are seeking an experienced omnichannel and transportation business development professional and influential head of to join our global growth team. As the Global Head of FbM Product Market Enablement, your role will be crucial in consistently managing and driving omnichannel and transportation growth enablement worldwide. We are looking for a trusted partner who can collaborate closely with the Regional FbM Growth Enablement teams and the Commercial (SCD and GKCs) team. Together, we aim to unlock the commercial potential of our fulfilment business, gain market share, and achieve our revenue goals. To succeed in this position, you must possess a deep understanding of the customer journey, excel in developing commercial strategies, and have a proven track record of collaboration across REG FbM, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Co-owning KC-RW growth across all regions by developing commercial strategies in partnership with REG FbM Product and Commercial (CCO) organization.
  • Own product go-to-market (GTM), partnering with REG FbM Growth Heads to deliver business plans.
  • Drive strategic customer engagements and strategic alignment, anchored in what customers need. Partnering with REG SCD, REG FbM Growth Manager, Key Client team and Global Vertical Heads to drive global business development and growth enablement for the fulfilment business.
  • Taking an robust approach to develop commercial activities for defined verticals.
  • Collaborating with KC teams and CCO teams to drive cross-regional commercial growth for top business pursuits in various regions (providing vertical expertise to foster growth across verticals).
  • Ensuring effective delivery of FbM growth enablement training to regional growth teams.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and supporting the regional growth enablement team in securing large strategic deals.
  • Developing vertical-specific market plans and strategies for FbM products.
  • Owning sales performance delivery management for fulfilment products.
  • Collaborating across functions with REG FbM leadership, Sales and Marketing, PPO, and stakeholders to develop and implement compelling go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

  • MBA/MS from top tier, globally recognized university.
  • Solid sales and business development experience in 3PL industry
  • Deep knowledge of warehousing operations, warehouse processes and transportation operations
  • Deep understanding of global industry market trends
  • Solid understanding of customer, industry needs & requirements for fbm products(Omnichannel Fulfillment and Transportation)
  • Well developed stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strong understanding of FbM commercial sales process
  • Innovative in reaching conclusions and making recommendations to develop and improve global product strategies
