Maersk's Platform organization is at the forefront of developing cutting edge technologies to improve the customer’s experience with personalized and automated end-to-end digital journeys, that enable Maersk customers to access standardized products and services seamlessly. The Platforms help enable Maersk’s vision to be the Global Integrator of container logistics, connecting and simplifying customers’ supply chains. Additionally, the team creates the foundation to integrate data, systems and processes, powered by scalable Digital Infrastructure and APIs.
Our Platform's Data Manager will be responsible for Structuring and analysing large sets of data from multiple sources to deliver insights via visualisations suitable to the projects. This person will collaborate with the Business Owners, Platform Product Owners, and Dev teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Has responsibility for managing data for innovation/new services and solutions pipeline based on market/customer needs.
- Able to create data-specific product requirements
- Takes ownership of results with a prioritized building block design and development on the global level.
- Ensures all standard data services and solutions are effectively packaged and rolled out.
- Leads or participates in customer or product-specific development projects delivering new services or data visualisation tools.
What we expect:
- Experience in managing complex data oriented projects, within a Management Consultancy, System Integrator or Software.
- Experience of delivering business change, managing data flow and technology projects in a complex environment
- Ability to communicate with and influence senior staff and stakeholders
- Ability to produce high quality project documentation
- The ability to research and independently identify answers and acquire new technical skills
- Self-directed and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment while by engaging in multiple projects and adhering to deadlines
