A super exciting position where you will help the organisation to focus on Strategic Technology Investments that enable the Integrator Strategy.

This role helps to drive organisational accountability by:

  • Ensuring that the Enterprise Change Operating System (ECOS) runs effectively within the Maersk Operating System (MOS) and Financial Planning Processes.
  • Creating transparency for the organisation to adhere to timelines and quality of deliverables while ensuring decisions and artifacts are documented properly.
  • Providing visibility of our transformation progress to the quarterly Enterprise Change Review (ECR) to facilitate quality discussions and decisions.
  • Enabling the ECR Board (ELT) to make investment and prioritization decisions based on data.

A crucial part of the role is striving to uphold the Governance and Maersk Investment Analysis standard for Technology Investments within a complex matrix organisation structure and broad stakeholder landscape.

Ideally, you will be based in Copenhagen, but for the right candidate other locations will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

First and foremost you will be accountable for the ECR and OP Process design & execution.

You will Co-design/adapt the ECOS to be fit for purpose at all times and run the ECOS efficiently, including actively facilitating the Annual Operational Planning process and Quarterly Enterprise Change Review meetings – not just creating timelines, but understanding the content required, ensuring the requirements are made and enabling the right discussions to reach our transformation goals.

You will be accountable for the ECR and OP Process design & execution and support the visibility of our Transformation progress, ensuring decisions and artifacts are documented properly.

You will be ensuring finance processes and standards in relation to Tech Investments are upheld.

What are we looking for

The ideal candidate will hold a Masters Degree in Finance or Economics combined with +5 years of experience within financial performance management, investment analysis, or experience with running an efficient change operating system.

You have strong stakeholder management skills and are able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Furthermore you:

  • Have the ability to analyze and present large amounts of information in a manner that is clear, concise and actionable
  • Have strong collaboration skills
  • Are self-driven and motivated
  • Are extremely structured
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Thrive in an environment of ambiguity and structured chaos.
