Job Description
In the role as Food & Beverage Manager you will oversee the operations in the breakfast, Library Bar and Angelini outlets, while working together with the General Manager to ensure both quality standards and financial targets are met. It is a dynamic and operational role overseeing multiple teams and areas of responsibility. We are looking for someone who is a positive influence on the people around them, who has a passion for food and beverage and wants to deliver an excellent experience to our guests and co-workers.

Job Description

Your duties & responsibilities include:
- Follow all procedures, policies and practices set out by Ligula Hospitality Group
- Contribute to a positive and attractive work environment, being a positive and active colleague and co-worker
- Recruit, develop and manage colleagues in the F&B departments in an efficient, professional and friendly manner
- Drive the product, processes and our service forward
- Coordinate the daily work as well as the planning and allocation of work
- Financial responsibility and financial planning and analysis for the F&B division and assisting in preparing the annual budget
- Scheduling, planning and payroll for the F&B outlets
- Control and manage the POS-system as well as inventory management
- Host and attend hotel meetings, ensuring good communication in your outlets
- Supervise the cleanliness, health & safety and maintenance and of the F&B outlets
- Maintain relations with suppliers & contracts for F&B purchases
- Working closely together with the rooms, culinary and bar teams on menu development and sourcing, as well as packages and sales promotions
- Constantly look for improvement in service and food & beverage quality by keeping an eye on trends, guest feedback and the market
- Assist in the overall hotel operation where necessary
Our requirements of you:
- Fluent in Danish and/or English with strong communication skills
- A food, beverage or culinary background
- Previous experience in a similar role such as outlet manager, operations manager or
- Good organizational skills
- Team focused with an understanding of the bigger picture and how you can contribute
Desirable
- A degree related to Food & Beverage or culinary
- Knowledge of Trivec (POS system) and/or Pixier, MEWS (Event & PMS systems)
- Knowledge of Planday & Zenegy (payroll)
- Food safety certificate for food handling or HACCP
- Experience with Microsoft Office
