As the Director of Omni Operations, you will be leading the central function in Pandora responsible for setting our standards within warehousing and logistics hence a key player in our journey to become world-class OMNI operations. To succeed in this role, you should possess great stakeholder management skills, as you will be working directly with the Distribution Centres’ Managing Directors, commercial clusters and global functions. It is also key that you have deep functional knowledge backed with solid experience. Finally, you are expected to have a strategic mindset, hence you can create plans and execute upon them in a matrix organization where cross-functional collaboration is essential
Key accountabilities include:
- Lead a small team of process experts and managers (2-4 headcount)
- Set out global standards for warehousing and logistics
- Drive best practice sharing across regions
- Drive consolidated trading peak capacity planning across regions and functions, incl. 3PL and carriers
- Generate insights with data & analytics to optimize the distribution network and transportation
- Share results and insights with senior stakeholders through executive communication material
- Be part of Agile Digital Control Tower team developing data monitoring tools i.e. establishing proactive monitoring of end-to-end orders flows

- Have a relevant degree within a relevant field
- Have more than 7 years of experience from relevant positions with warehousing, logistics, including OMNI fulfilment
- Are passionate about leading people and growing talents through career development, drive employee advocacy and engagement
- Possess strong strategic planning skills
- Possess strong stakeholder management skills
- Have the ability to identify opportunities for optimizing processes
- Are a strong communicator with the ability to make complex messages simple
- Able to work in a dynamic and highly collaborative fast-paced environment
- Have an international mindset and experience working in global organizations with cultural differences

In this role, you will be reporting to the VP of Global Omni Operations, together with other 5-6 senior leaders. This team is responsible for the global supply chain planning and OMNI distribution of finished products and POS material and customer service across the globe, besides running corporate functions such as Operations Development and Supply Chain Planning.
