In this role, you will be part of the Omni Operations team, and together with other talented colleagues, you will support Pandora on a journey to becoming a world-class fully OMNI operations retailer.
As the Omni Operations manager, you will be part of a central function establishing world-class standards within warehousing and logistics. To succeed in this role, you should possess in-depth knowledge in specific areas i.e. warehousing, logistics, carrier management and, besides that, a clear appetite for process improvement. Finally, you are expected to have a collaborative mindset, being able to work across different cultures in an effective and harmonious way

Key accountabilities include:

  • Drive the implementation of global standards for warehousing and logistics
  • Drive best practice sharing across regions
  • Together with your team, be pivotal in the trading peak capacity planning across regions and functions, incl. 3PL and carriers
  • Generates insights with data & analytics to optimize the distribution network and transportation
  • Develop reports to share results and insights with senior stakeholders
  • Be part of Agile Digital Control Tower team developing data monitoring tools i.e. establishing proactive monitoring of end-to-end orders flows

A profile who has a passion for process improvement, technology and digitalization
We are also looking for a profile who enjoys innovation incl. automation and digitalization, who will be proactive to find better ways of operating across regions, externally or via specialised support. That should be coupled with in-depth functional knowledge and a can-do attitude. Besides that, we imagine that you have/are:

  • Have a master’s or relevant degree within a field of relevance
  • 5+ years of experience from relevant positions within warehousing, logistics, including OMNI fulfilment
  • Good analytical, problem solving and communication skills
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to identify opportunities for optimizing processes
  • Able to work in a dynamic and highly collaborative fast-paced environment
  • Have an international mindset and experience working in global organizations with cultural differences

Some travelling should be expected.
