About Test Excellence Team
NNITs Test Excellence Center (TEC) team in Denmark is based in Søborg and part of Compliance Solutions in our Life Science Division
You will be part of our global dynamic TEC team that provides leading Quality, Test & Test automation solutions/services while supporting business digital transformation projects
We are a Global TEC team of specialist in levels Junior to SME´s with local presence in Denmark and Philippines.
Your responsibilities as a Line Manager:
As a Line Manager in NNIT’s Test Excellence Center, you will be involved where test automation & test management is delivered for international and national life science, public and private sector.
It is important to have good communication skills and customer mindset as you will work both with NNIT clients and internal colleagues facilitating the use of Test Automation.
You will take on a central role in TEC where you will have responsibility for Personal development of your Danish team and highly supporting the team / service development in our NNIT affiliate in the Philippines.
Likewise, you will have responsibility for the Service excellence/stability and development of TEC Automation Services in close collaboration with Service Architect and Service Owner while accelerating growth and making sure in parallel that we run a healthy and profitable business.
You will join our thriving management group in Compliance Solutions where you will make your own mark with focus on your responsibilities in TEC and this group will be your steppingstone also for you to build your own valuable network across NNIT.
Your qualification and experience
You may have background e.g., as a Service Manager or Senior Test Manager willing to take on people management as your next step of your personal development. As you will be working closely with your team, you should have strong interpersonal skills with an ability to liaise effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels.
We expect you to have interest and qualifications towards the following tasks:
- Recruiting and hiring new team members
- Setting objectives with clear outcomes
- Communicating and execute decisions
- Monitoring individual and team goals against targets
- Giving performance-related feedback to team members
- Coordinating with other managers across the organization
- Ensuring work life balance and well-being of team members
- Providing reports on productivity and other performance indicators to senior management
To be successful in this role you should have:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Business Administration, computer science, data science, information science or similar degree with exposure to process understanding and/or automation
- Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills, working with stakeholders across the business to maximize ROI through fast Go-to-market.
- Detail-oriented and thrives in seeing things through to the end
- Comfortable in agile delivery, working in product organization is desirable
You must have good skills in English and Danish.
