We are growing our business internationally and are now looking for a Head of Sourcing & Production to join our Management Team.

The product range includes bags, wallets, belts, gloves and accessories in high quality leather and also a 100% recycled collection.

The position
As Head of Sourcing & Production you ensure products are produced and delivered in line with the strategy and targets with respect to cost, quality and lead time. You will be part of the Management Team and be involved in the overall development of the business.
The position refers to the Creative Director/Co-owner and is based in Løsning (Vejle) at our headquarters. You will lead a team of three dedicated people.

The job includes these responsibilities
- Strategic development of the supply chain
- Sourcing and onboarding new suppliers
- Development of our existing supplier portfolio
- Managing and optimizing the production processes, costs, quality and timelines
- Securing continuous improvement on margins and quality standards
- Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules when needed
- Quality-control programs
- Development of a team of highly motivated, dedicated and competent employees
- Being a visible and motivating Head of Sourcing & Production showing the way through leadership, internally as well as externally
- Review and benchmark suppliers together with the team with respect to delivery performance, quality, claims, margins and lead-time
- Responsible for GRS certification Travelling is expected as part of the job.
Your professional profile
- Experience from a similar position
- Strong experience with supply chain management
- Up to date on the market trends and technologies
- Analytical mindset
- Focused on obtaining continuous improvements and setting the agenda for excellence
- Result oriented
- Bachelors or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, Production and Industrial Technology or similar (experience more important than education)
- Fluent in Danish and English

- Must be able to multitask without losing focus on the bigger picture
