In this position, you will also be part of the leadership team in the Lab Operations cluster. The cluster contains projects and activities related to systems that reach across our research laboratories, e.g., data management, sample management and electronic laboratory notebook (ELN). The systems are present on all current and future research sites, but the position is based in the main research site in Måløv. Some of your main stakeholders will be architects in the Architecture & Sandbox department, architects in other areas of the global organization, and members of the ongoing projects and activities within the Lab Operations cluster.
You find it important to ensure stable systems for our researchers, and at the same time you are excited to work with new technologies and are able to quickly learn new concepts. You are curious and enjoy engaging with vendors as well as stakeholders.
In addition to this, the ideal candidate will have previous experience with the following:
Furthermore, you are team-oriented and have a strong personal drive to achieve goals. We expect you to be service-minded and thrive in a busy environment. Finally, you have professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
Requirements

In addition to this, the ideal candidate will have previous experience with the following:
- 4-5 years of experience as a Solution or System Architect.
- Experience with integrations, automation and/or systems enabling laboratory operations, e.g., sample management, data management, ELN.
- Experience with vendor management. You should be confident and assertive in managing vendor relationships in order to challenge requirements and solutions while also being empathetic to the needs of our primary stakeholders: Researchers.
- Experience working with the Agile framework SAFe, or other agile methods.
- Excellent communication skills.
