We are now looking for a seasoned Office Manager to join our core leadership team and help us expand even further. In this role, you will need to have the passion and ability to wear multiple hats and have multiple balls in the air, overseeing and managing all departments while delivering results for upper management. You will generally oversee a team of 3 department leaders and report directly to our CEO.

  • Strategic HR Leadership:
    • Spearhead the entire HR lifecycle, from hiring and interviewing to onboarding and 1-1s.
    • Manage contracts, negotiations, internships, and ensure compliance with disciplinary measures.

  • Team Leadership and Management:
    • Provide day-to-day guidance and leadership to team leaders and employees.
    • Collaborate on setting and achieving goals and KPIs with individual team leaders across all departments.

  • Vendor Contract Negotiation:
    • Take charge of negotiating and managing vendor contracts, including cleaning services, exterior maintenance, SaaS platforms, VoIP, and more.

  • Project Management:
    • Oversee and ensure the timely completion of projects and tasks, ensuring efficient collaboration and project delivery.

  • Trademark Management:
    • Renew and maintain trademarks both in the EU and the US, safeguarding our brand and intellectual property.

  • Financial Oversight:
    • Hold overall responsibility for company finances, managing the company bank, e-conomic, Braintree, and PayPal.


  • 10+ years work experience in an office management, HR or general management role, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry
  • 7+ years’ leadership experience with leadership & leading teams to collaboratively deliver valuable results
  • Fluent command of English (C2) with at least a C1 command of Danish
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Danish employment & contract laws
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions and handle vendor contracts
  • Highly organized - have the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks with varying levels of complexity
  • Strong interpersonal skills - a natural influencer and innovative leader with the ability to identify opportunities and act on those opportunities to interact positively with all employees
  • Natural Leadership Skills - ability to manage challenges and oversee employees; not afraid of conflict or difficult decisions
  • Thorough attention to detail - ensure all tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly
  • Strong IT skills - can work easily with Google Drive, Google Sheets, CMS systems, SaaS systems and the like

37 hours per week, 8am-4pm Monday to Friday.

Salary after experience. Expected start date is 1.3.2024 or 1.4.2024
