As our Head of Editorial and Creative, you will take lead in defining and creating KOMPANs brand stories and communication towards our key audiences, with the objective of attracting, driving interest, and engaging leads through the funnel.
You will drive development of KOMPANs corporate visual identity and lead the global implementation of it in collaboration with our markets.
As a member of the marketing leadership team you will take part in setting the strategic marketing direction of KOMPAN and motivating our global marketing team of 28 people who each have their special skills and a strong teamwork ethic.

We are looking for a colleague who will foster a great working environment and drive positive energy which people want to be a part of. As our Head of Editorial and Creative, you will define KOMPANs brand identity, lead our communication programs and produce communication material and content with your team.
You will establish and lead a motivated MarCom team of 6 colleagues with a strong sense of purpose and close collaboration with marketing colleagues within and outside KOMPAN HQ. You will report to our Chief Marketing Officer.

You are a creative mind with a passion for stories and great communication. You work with global marketing communication and content management and are experienced in working with B2B communication programs as well as visual, verbal, and creative communication. You have a minimum of 3-5 years of management experience from advertising, communication agencies or marketing communication.

The total Group Marketing team consists of 28 colleagues: play & fitness researchers, product managers, marketing communication managers, digital experts, graphic designer, 3D visualizers, journalist, photographer, and videographer. These colleagues will be eager to collaborate with you!

- Insights driven audience programs across owned, earned and shared media with the aim of attracting, engaging and driving leads
- Orchestrate and produce brand stories, communication material & content based on audience insights and performance data
- Responsible for corporate visual identity i.e. global web design, catalogues as well as style guides for local material production
- Coordinate and proactively plan KOMPANs content calendar
- Support global product launch packages and Webinar plans
- Support continuous improvement of KOMPANs web experience
- Drive transparency and internal marketing of KOMPANs marketing activities
- Leading, motivating, and developing the MarCom team
Your background and skills
You are a creative mind with a passion for stories and great communication.
