We are looking for a Material Coordinator within the supply chain for one of our clients in the Wind Industry. Your overall purpose will be to support the requester when new O&M materials and tools below EUR 10.000 are required for corrective and preventive activities once in full control operation.
Location: Middle Jutland, can be hybrid
Qualifications:
At least 3 years relevant work experience from in a similar position
Solid understanding of supply chain and supplier management
Strong technical background is preferred
Strong negotiation skills
Pro-active, structured, independent, and result oriented
Team player who actively engages people by asking, sharing, helping or asking for help
Command of English is strong, both verbally and written
Valid EU work permit
Able to start right away
Tasks:
Supporting the search for suppliers and obtain quotation by negotiating price, terms and conditions to make business savings
Ensuring mandatory master data is gathered upon quotation from supplier
Providing mandatory information and raise ticket in ticket system for material creation
Communicating ticket updates towards requester
Regularly review “my submitted tickets” and ensure closure within a reasonable timeframe
Support the process of free text order by enable purchasing when PR is created by requester, delivery follow-up and invoice handling
Participating in handling turbine down orders, Responsible for step 4, 5, 6 (Turbine down process description)
Support on missing source for existing materials in SAP
Work with Site, Regional Support, Supply Chain Coordinator, Warehouse Coordinator, Commercial Management and Procurement
