How you might spend your days
As an Incident Manager, you’ll be working with an innovative, customer experience centric, cross-functional team where you’ll be:
- Ensuring problems are resolved within agreed service level agreements.
- Logging and tracking problems in the incident management system.
- Escalating incidents and problems to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Coordinating and support the resolution of problems.
- Following ITIL best practices for problem resolution.
- Acting as the central point of contact for problems throughout their lifecycle.
- Assessing severity and impact of incidents and elevate them to problems if needed.
- Monitoring progress and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Conducting post-incident/problem reviews, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance incident management processes.
- Staying updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in incident management.

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, engineering or related field
- Have experience with ITIL best practices and eventually have an ITIL certification
- You have minimum 3 years of experience as Problem or Incident manager
- You speak and write Danish and English
