The Position In your new role you will have the responsibility to: Expand and strengthen the Quality Management System (QMS) within the team
Secure that operations follow regulatory requirements
Update and maintain our SOPs, templates and guidelines
Handle deviations and contribute to an inspection ready culture
Oversee, support, and review shipping related activities for both GMP and non-GMP materials, in the development of new pharmaceuticals used in clinical trials
Coordinate shipments in order to get an in-depth process knowledge
Some travel (one week per year) can be part of the role, primarily to locations outside of Denmark. You will work closely together with team colleagues, QA, and internal and external stakeholders where you will use both GMP and GDP requirements as guiding principles in decisions to find solutions for activities related to moving clinical trial materials across the world. This to ensure that sufficient knowledge safeguards patients when discovering and developing new pharmaceuticals.Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to: Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in pharmacy, biology, chemistry, or another relevant discipline.
Have a minimum of 3-5 years of work experience from one or more of these fields:
Take a systematic approach to problem solving and have a strong quality mindset.
Be proficient in both spoken and written English.

About the Department The department Virology and Raw Materials is a part of CMC API Development and consists of 50+ colleagues organized in 4 teams. Your new team consists of 5 colleagues situated in Bagsværd who enjoy social interaction especially expressed through breakfast every Tuesday, walking/running every Wednesday, and sometimes a plank challenge. The position is office based, but we do offer some flexibility by working from home, if the task at hand allows it.
