Apply today and join us for a life-changing career. The position As our Senior Manager you will lead a team of highly skilled project managers and become part of a great management team. The focus area of this job is to set direction for the team regarding implementation of new products in the development phase. The department is responsible for analytical and drug product coordination, regulatory documents as well as reference material. Furthermore, you will ensure that your team drives projects to optimise and improve the processes within the team. You will have contact to a lot of colleagues outside the team and will be in close dialogue with the development departments, MDev and Regulatory affairs. All in all, it is a challenging and stimulating Senior Manager job that requires energy, overview, and flexibility. Qualifications To strive in this role you: Hold a Master’s degree in Science within Pharmacy, Chemistry or a similar field Have strong managerial experience and a good sense of logistic/project planning Work in a systematic and structural way, and you can maintain a broad overview Have good English communication skills (knowledge of Danish will be considered as a plus) Possess a proactive attitude, and you work independently To succeed in this role, it is important that you know the value of earning trust and respect from colleagues and employees and know how to motivate your employees in a busy and changing workday. We develop, manufacture, and distribute drug candidates for non-clinical and clinical trials which is a complicated journey that requires about 10 years of dedicated work in CMC Development. Your new department, CMC Drug Product Development - Project Office, consists of app. 40 employees located in Måløv. The department is involved in early and late-stage drug product development, analytical development and chemical and biological characterization of new entities moving through the clinical phases of drug product development.
