Looking for an exciting opportunity to improve learning and onboarding in the clinical drug development in dustry? Do you have a flair for digital tools and know how to leverage their potential for training purposes? Novo Nordisk is seeking a Training Project Manager to join our Scientific Excellence team within the Medical & Science Centre of Expertise (M&S CoE). This is a chance to make a big difference for newcomers to the drug development area, ensuring a good start for their future careers. As a Training Project Manager, your role is to develop and continuously improve a fit-for-purpose onboarding program for newcomers to the growing clinical drug development organization in Novo Nordisk. Working closely with the experienced colleagues, you will utilize your expertise in training and competency development to identify and address the organizational training needs, design the learning path and ensure high-quality content in the program. Other key responsibilities: Conducting needs analysis and evaluations Conducting interviews with new employees Coordinating speakers and developing learning content Interacting with newcomers on a day-to-day basis Co-developing digital support systems Securing key stakeholder management, project oversight and ensuring timely communication of progress to stakeholders Coordinating meetings and preparing presentations Acting as ‘Hypercare’ team for newcomers to Clinical Drug Development This is an exciting opportunity to lead and motivate peers by assuming an informal leadership position, while managing internal and external key collaborators, including vendor management activities and Novo Nordisk affiliates. Qualifications Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Natural Science or other relevant field such as communication or education Experience within the life science industry, specifically in clinical development, would be a great asset but not a requirement. Passionate about learning with expertise in adult learning and LMS (Learning Management Systems). A proven track record of performance consulting, learning experience design, and the creation of effective performance support resources (both digital and traditional learning). Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate with other functions. Strong digital and visual communication skills. Project management skills Fluent in English, both written and spoken. As a person, you are self-driven and initiative-taking with the ability to set direction and enjoy working in a setting with a high level of complexity. You possess excellent written and visual communication skills. We value curiosity, empathy, and a good sense of humor. About the department M&S CoE is part of Novo Nordisk's Clinical Drug Development team. Our goal is to connect the M&S organization and drive scientifically sound medical deliverables across the Novo Nordisk project portfolio. We operate with a portfolio mindset, supporting the overall strategy through cross-project initiatives and academic partnerships to benefit people. Together with the projects, we ensure high scientific standards and facilitate innovation in clinical trials. The M&S CoE also facilitates onboarding and competency development for medical specialists and clinical pharmacology personnel. Our Scientific Excellence team comprises 8 colleagues with diverse backgrounds, allowing for productive discussions and feedback. We prioritize patient needs and cross-functional collaboration in an inspiring and informal work environment. Personal growth and development are integral parts of our team culture. The workplace is situated in Søborg, Denmark (near Copenhagen). We have flexible working options which also include the possibility of working from home some days during the week.
