The position
As our new Global Site Learning Partner, you will play a key role in ensuring our clinical trial site staff around the world are appropriately trained to conduct Novo Nordisk clinical studies. You will drive and develop end-to-end efficient and relevant learning journeys created for site staff within all therapy areas of Novo Nordisk. You will work with individuals and teams across our global organization to understand learning objectives and specific study risks before developing tailored and engaging learning solutions.
As one of four colleagues who will join the newly established Site Learning Unit, you will have an important impact on establishing and driving the new strategy and processes for the unit responsible for site learning in Novo Nordisk.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for: Driving collaboration with stakeholders across Novo Nordisk as well as external stakeholders/vendors through solid communication, and a global/cultural mindset, to identify site-relevant learning needs, learning objectives and design learning journeys and training materials. Ensuring generic training materials are used and re-used optimally, continuously developed, and supplemented with tailored learning solutions. Establishing the Site Learning Unit within Clinical Drug Development by working closely with stakeholders to ensure it creates value for our end-users and that sustainable best practices and processes around learning are implemented within the new unit to ensure long-term success. Continually learning and staying up to date with the latest trends in learning and development and incorporating them into the Site Learning Unit learning strategy. Qualifications
To thrive and succeed in this role, we expect you to have: An academic degree in education science, life sciences, or another relevant field. 5+ years of experience in Managing Learning & Development Projects within a large and complex organization preferably with a proven track record of learning experience design, and the creation of effective training AND/OR clinical trial management/setup experience preferably with a solid understanding of clinical trial processes. Fluency in written and oral English.

About the department
The Clinical Operations Centre of Expertise is a part of Novo Nordisk’s Clinical Drug Development area and focuses on global trial effectiveness by integration of systems, processes, competencies, and training. We are an area of dedicated colleagues with a shared interest in optimizing the processes within global clinical operations as well as ensuring competency development for our global colleagues working with our product development projects.
Now we are seeking new colleagues to join our amazing area, and we need you to ensure that our current and future learning solutions for our site staff reach their full potential, pushing the boundaries of how we deliver impactful training and performance support.
