Do you have a background within a technical field? Do you have experience with aseptic production? Would you like to work in a global setting, supporting factories around the world? If so, you might be the Project Engineer we are looking for to join the Aseptic Production (AP) Engineering & Technical network Execution team.
The position
As a Project Engineer, your primary task will be to drive a technical network across the Injectable Finished Products (IFP) technical support departments in Novo Nordisk. The purpose of the technical network is to connect the technical personnel and facilitate knowledge sharing across different sites. That means that you will have close contact with departments in Denmark, France, USA, China and Brazil and support sharing technical initiatives and best practices from one site to another.
Key responsibilities include: Working in close collaboration with the technical support teams at world-wide sites
Organizing and facilitating equipment maintenance upkeep
Developing business initiatives to improve production line performance
Managing various stakeholders
Driving agendas and technical problem-solving process on a worldwide scale
The position is based in Bagsværd, Denmark. However, travel to sites to provide support directly at the production lines and to build a network will be required. Expected travel will be 3-6 weeks over the course of the year.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you have: BSc Degree or higher academic background within science, engineering or similar combined with at least 2 - 3 years of experience from GMP environment or working in a highly regulated industry such as the biotech/pharmaceutical, food industry, precision mechanics or aviation. Experience from aseptic production area is preferred
Background as a technical supporter or with project management from a GMP environment and interest in working with new technology in a global setting
Experience in facilitating workshop, communicating your work and aligning with stakeholders
Service-minded approach as a leader, who can easily communicate and collaborate with colleagues from various cultural backgrounds
Fluency in English, and availability to travel to sites when the job calls for it
As a person, you have excellent communication skills and possess the capacity to communicate with colleagues and stakeholders at different levels. You are proactive with a problem-solving mindset and systematic thinking. Furthermore, you see yourself as being self-driven, highly flexible, and ambitious, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines within a fast-paced environment. It is important that you enjoy working with people to engage and inspire them, to help in achieving results.
