We are seeking a new colleague in Oral Finished Products (OFP) to join our Equipment Support team in supporting our packaging line in Måløv. This is an exciting opportunity to develop professionally and personally. You will become part of a stimulating workplace with exciting tasks, committed colleagues, and high standards. While securing daily operations is our top priority, we are continuously working on improvements to enhance our performance. Your main responsibilities will include: Supporting production workers and technicians in ensuring stable production with high capacity utilisation of our packaging line Maintaining the validated condition on the line and ensuring that we are in compliance Engaging in systematic problem solving to ensure that the corrective actions will prevent the same issues from occurring repeatedly Making continuous improvements to ensure we are ready for the needs of the future Working closely with other Equipment Responsibles and disciplines across teams and backgrounds Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a technical background, e.g., engineer, machinist, or other relevant field Preferably, experience in the automation of production equipment in a controlled production environment, while experience with qualification and validation can be an advantage Experience with packaging machines and vision equipment will be considered an advantage Fluency in English, both spoken and written; good command of Danish as well Interest in working with the operation and qualification of a high-tech packaging line Systematic problem solving approach in implementing improvements to solve capacity challenges Still, if you are a newly qualified engineer or machinist, we would like to hear from you. About the department
You will become part of the Oral Finished Products Packaging department (F1), which consists of approximately 80 employees divided into 6 teams and is responsible for the production processes of primary and secondary packaging. We have big ambitions for the future and are working hard to get our new product successfully on the market. We succeeded together and are striving to be at the forefront of developments in technology, systems, and processes.
