We offer
As Treasury & Insurance Senior Analyst, you will be able to shape and develop a central role with great influence in ensuring adequate liquidity for all TotalEnergies businesses in Denmark through forecast analysis and monitoring of cash flows. This is with the possibility to continuously learn and develop your competencies in performing timely gap analysis to investigate variances between cash flow forecasts and actuals.
You will be joining a team of four dedicated and highly skilled colleagues. We have an engaging and supportive work environment and are passionate about what we do. You will have the opportunity to take part also in our business digitalization journey to develop adhoc dashboards and add value to managers and decision makers. You will report to the Head of Treasury.
Key Responsibilities
Overall, you have the responsibility of cash forecasting, payment processing, bank and insurance administration, and user management, and finally, internal and SOX controls. Additionally, you will assist the company in building digital solutions to improve productivity in enhancing processes and reporting.

Your area of responsibility will include tasks such as:
- Cash Forecasting: Ensure adequate liquidity through forecast analysis and monitoring of cash flows (short, medium, and long-term)
- Payments Processing: Create settlement instructions, ensuring approvals and payments execution
- Bank relationship Management, account administration and user management: Monitor all tasks, processes and documentation necessary to administrate bank accounts portfolio and users
- Internal and SOX controls, Governance and Counterparty risk: Prepare SOX documentations and ensure cash inflows and outflows are authorized and correctly accounted for
- Insurance: Oversee the placement and follow-up of insurances related to the staff and offices covering both Copenhagen and Esbjerg.
