Two Communication Partners Want to utilize your communication skills to create business results? We are looking for two talented communicators to join Novo Nordisk manufacturing in Kalundborg which is the workplace for more than 4,000 dedicated Novo Nordisk employees and the world’s largest insulin production. Your role as a Communication Partner will be to support the management teams and colleagues within several business areas on organizational and leadership communication, at a strategic as well as hands on level. The job also includes external communication and public affairs activities. About the department
The position as Communication Partner is based in the division Product Supply Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (PS API) in Kalundborg, which is part of the global production division Product Supply counting plus 14,000 employees worldwide. Thus, as Communication Partner in PS API you will become member of a global communicator’s network in Novo Nordisk. With reference to the Vice President of Strategy, Communications, and Public Affairs, you will be a part of a dedicated communication team covering various communications tasks from employer branding, public affairs, media relations and social media to organizational communication, leadership communication and change management – always lead by the needs, challenges, and opportunities of the business. As Communication Partner you will have a strong focus on effective change communication and strategic internal communication. In this role, you will advise colleagues on communication challenges and possibilities, and drive communication planning in relation to cross-organizational projects, events, and changes in PS API from the initial strategy and planning to the production of the final communication solution being it compelling slide decks, videos, websites, articles, or an engaging event.
In addition, you will develop and produce content for our communication channels and medias such as town hall meetings, intranet, Yammer, videos, and presentations and participate in the development and implementation of cross organizational communication projects.
Finally, the job also includes participation in various external communication projects and task such as events, stakeholder relations, social media, media relations and employer branding. Qualifications The preferred candidate:
- Has an educational background within communication or journalism and a minimum of five years’ documented experience as a professional communicator and advisor, working with internal and external communication.
- Solid business understanding, preferably from working in a multinational pharma organization and the ability to translate complex matters into simple solutions.
- Experience with top management communication support, and you are not afraid to challenge your colleagues on decisions.
- Has great project management skills, writing skills, strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Photoshop and InDesign, as well as web and film production.
- A brilliant communicator with advanced spoken and written Danish and English. As a person, you are professional and dedicated by nature. You are constructive and full of initiative and thrive in a challenging environment with ambitious people. You can work independently and at the same time, you are a team player, always working towards reaching strong business results.
