We are now looking for a Scrum Master to join one of our most critical solution teams. About the department As our new Scrum Master, you will be joining the newly established Manufacturing Intelligence (MI) department. Manufacturing Intelligence is an area of digital experts collaborating and co-creating the with highly knowledgeable colleagues in the Novo Nordisk’s Manufacturing processes. We are anchored within Global Product Supply (PSQIT TEC). Our purpose is to enable the manufacturing sites with intelligence, by driving the digital transformation efforts and scaling global digital product and solutions. The Manufacturing Intelligence department is responsible for driving programme and product management of the central manufacturing intelligence portfolio, servicing manufacturing shop floor. The team is responsible for DevOps and harmonising the manufacturing intelligence product portfolio with the aim for seamless integration of digital products in Line of Business. Further, the team is driving the agile framework in Product Supply via Agile Coaches, Product Owners, Product Managers and Scrum Masters, and aim to strengthen the capabilities across these functions by collaboration and Communities of Practice. The job As our new Scrum Master, you will be a key member of the Helperly team and in close collaboration with our Product Owner and core team, set the direction for the development and implementation of the Helperly app in the global production facilities in Novo Nordisk. Main responsibility of the Scrum Master is: Facilitating the Agile team to efficient delivery Coaching and leadership Keeping track of and help solve impediments and escalate if necessary Helping the Agile team to manage their progress via transparent backlog and board overviews Helping the Agile team and other roles to prepare and align expectations before and during events Driving Agile Teams, vendors, and customers in the Novo Nordisk Agile way of working incl. Agile Delivery Model, Azure DevOps, Agile QMS and Agile Sourcing Changing ambassador to drive the learning culture and Agile mindset in Novo Nordisk Budgeting and vendor management Qualifications We are looking for an ambitious and proactive colleague who can contribute to the team both professionally and personally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in most of the following skills and experiences: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in large transformational projects or in large international organizations, with a track record in coaching and leading high-performing teams At least 5 years of experience in IT project management preferably in Product Supply SCRUM certification will be a plus Willingness to challenge status quo and drive an agile mind-set Experience with team leadership (could be informal) As a person you are bright and a very fast learner and ideally, you graduated top of your class. You are very structured in your approach, can deal with a fast pace and a steep learning curve, very proactive and independent, flexible, self-driven, and team oriented. You are eager to learn, and you are curious in nature. You are also an outgoing person and confident in interacting with different stakeholders, at many levels, and able to proactively get involved in relevant technical and non-technical discussions.
