The position
As LEAN Partner you will be responsible for setting the LEAN direction and driving the improvements in the way we work alongside your colleagues. You have the experience and ability to inspire and influence colleagues, providing a clear path towards success in our LEAN approach. Utilising your LEAN toolbox, you will have the opportunity to teach LEAN courses across Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) and support initiatives across the functional area.
This position will give you the ability to be a highly visible LEAN Partner across departments, leading and driving high performance through providing feedback and coaching. You will also be able to take advantage of many great opportunities if you are looking for professional development. Your responsibilities will be diverse, and you will have exposure working in various environments. You will be joining a LEAN network, working cross-functionally in the goal of sharing knowledge and providing a uniform strategic direction. Our job is vital in ensuring that safe high-quality products are timely delivered.
Qualifications
You will be a great asset to our team because you have:
  • A relevant master’s degree within natural sciences or similar.
  • +3 years of practical experience within LEAN tools, LEAN management and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt or similar certification.
  • Experience with tools including Systematic Problem Solving, Value Stream Mapping, etc., and you have a strong data mind-set.
  • Extensive experience in coaching managers, specialists, and employees at all levels.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • As a professional, you can drive processes and work independently and as a team to set direction for an area. Your great communication and LEAN skills act as a catalyst for change and drives change management at a strategic level. You see yourself as a leader with the ability to guide and provide direction to colleagues and enjoy challenging processes to achieve process optimisation. You are an extrovert, a people person and strong at liaising and building relations with stakeholders at all levels.
    About the department Our team is part of the BRD Quality Control area that is based in Gentofte, Hilleroed and Kalundborg. Here we are app. 270 colleagues who support the biotech production with a selection of chemical and microbiological analysis of product samples, crucial for always making sure the product is in high quality and ready for release to patients. We bring value to patients by delivering timely and reliable results that keeps production in control. We drive change by always looking for improvements and innovation within our processes - testing and implementing 4.0 technology to make the process even smoother and faster for the benefit of the patients.
