What’s in it for you? The position as Business Analyst is anchored in our Digital, Data & IT Development area, and you will join a team of 25+ skilled colleagues supporting the digital journey. You will enter an agile, inspiring, and ambitious work environment with focus on digital, data, and advanced use of IT in an area where teamwork is key.
We are looking for skilled colleagues for our Agile Release Trains within Client Site and Patient facing systems and the Regulatory systems.
Your key responsibilities include Understanding the business needs and translate these into application requirements Participating in and facilitation of process optimisations and process changes for clinical and regulatory systems. Testing, system configuration and documentation activities Close dialogue with the system users and stakeholders Participation in an Agile Team Competencies on our radar You have a good business and process understanding within drug development and trial conduct. You have experience within the data field – understanding, analysing and learning from data You are used to collaboration across professional and regional borders Experience working with Veeva Vault is an advantage You hold a M.Sc. in IT or other related fields As a person you are proactive, dedicated and have strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills. You are structured and detail-oriented without losing the big picture. You are a team player, and you thrive working across departments in an international organisation. It is an advantage if you have experience with working in an agile setup based on SAFe. About the department Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) Development is a part of DD & IT in Novo Nordisk. We employ more than 100 highly skilled IT professionals located in Søborg, Måløv and Bangalore, India. We are responsible for the implementation & development, support & maintenance and operation of all major IT systems and digitalisation projects in Development. Digitalisation is high on the Novo Nordisk agenda driving a dynamic working environment with high levels of activity and multiple experiments with new ways of working.
You will join our department of Business Analysts and Supporters, and you will be working in Søborg, Denmark.
