Product Control & Global support is part of Device Manufacturing Development (DMD), where we test new products before they are introduced to the market. Our work is related to both production and testing of Novo Nordisk’s line of innovative pen dosage systems.
You will join a team of 13 Laboratory Technicians. We operate in a diverse landscape of stakeholders, balancing many concerns in a complex, international business environment, and we never compromise on the quality of our work. You will be responsible for coordinating all tests for Device Testing and Quality Control for new and existing products. You will mainly:
  • Work with, negotiate and plan test tasks for dept. 2543
  • Coordinate tests and test samples
  • Secure testing according to training
  • Report test execution
  • The coordinator role requires a high level of innovation and managing complexity and requires ability to handle constantly changing priorities and associated deadlines. Utilizing a full range of planning tools and thus securing the whole process starting before stakeholders inquire, the initial test request. The role requires ability to secure test execution in an effective and standardized way without compromising on quality. You navigate in ease in all layers of the organisation from production floor to High Level Management.
    You will be sharpening your collaborative and communication skills when you work with colleagues across and beyond a diverse organisation. You will be introduced to our processes and structures in a thorough onboarding process where you will learn everything you need to know about Novo Nordisk to succeed in your new position. Qualifications
    In order to qualify for the position, we imagine that:
  • We expect you to be a Laboratory Coordinator/Test Coordinator or have a similar educational background that has enabled you to build experience within coordinating various tasks and tests.
  • You have worked with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) processes before and have knowledge about LIMS, in a regulated laboratory environment.
  • You are fluent in Danish and English, both verbally and written.
  • Further, you like to collaborate on exciting challenges, with a sense of urgency and strict quality standards. We expect you to be structured in your work, actively seek out the knowledge you need and work with a high level of responsibility. You care for details without missing a deadline, and you take pride in the quality of your work.
