Then you might be ready to join New Product Introduction project office, helping us bringing development projects to market. About the department In Injectable Finished Products (IFP) we produce a large portfolio of products fighting diabetes and obesity worldwide. New Product Introduction consists of about 65 employees divided between 5 teams situated in Bagsværd, Denmark. The main responsibility of the department is the transition of development products into large scale production and market approval. This includes production design, material and process sciences, product stability and coordination of production for late-phase clinical trials. The position is located in New Product Introduction Project Office, a group of project managers heading up development projects and life cycle management projects within our area. The position As Project Manager in New Product Introduction Project Office you will be leading a project team working on bringing development products into large scale manufacturing and leading projects supporting our development projects. You will work closely together with R&D, manufacturing sites and other areas across Novo Nordisk. You will set the direction for your project team ensuring that deliverables and strategies are executed. You are responsible for creating transparent plans and communicating these to stakeholders. Qualifications
  • You have a background with working in drug product projects for several years or you have experience within project management, this could be within development, production, or other relevant disciplines within the pharmaceutical industry. You have built your project management skills and experience on top of an academic background, probably within science, engineering, pharmacy or similar
  • You have strong communication and planning skills.
  • You thrive in a high-pace and dynamic workday, prioritizing and creating transparency for your project, ensuring you keep the overview.
  • You inspire and energise your surroundings, set clear and ambitious goals, and work closely together with your stakeholders to reach our goals.
  • Fluency in the English language is a must for this position.

You have a strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and you have a good sense of diplomacy whilst still assertive and able to ensure progress in a complex stakeholder landscape. Furthermore, you are an excellent manager of complex projects and a strong communicator to all levels in the organisation, where you clearly communicate scenarios, impacts and recommendations to the decision makers.
