In PS (Product Supply) laboratory solutions, Injectable Finished Products, Manufacturing Development we are on the lookout for two new team members, with a passion for their field and an innovative mindset. The position Our team is responsible for compliance, security, and data integrity on the computerised equipment, robots, and other IT related tasks on both existing equipment as well as new equipment in Injectable Finished Products Manufacturing Development (IPF ManDev). Our goal is to ensure a smooth and well-run IT support on a daily basis and to be part of developing a smarter technology in the laboratories. We are currently expanding our area and we are looking for two IT Solution Managers with flair for OT to join our team. In this role you will: Work with different disciplines within IT e.g., IT Risk Assessments, IT Qualifications, User Review Report, IT Periodic System Evaluation, Deviations, Change requests, User support, ensure security patching, life cycle management and more. Explore new manufacturing technologies Be part of innovating and optimising the equipment in the laboratories as the IT package owner in several projects Ensure that the OT always follow the internal and external IT requirements with focus on GMP
Qualifications We are looking for someone with an innovative and solution-oriented mindset as well as technical flair with experience in IT and an interest in OT. Preferably you also have experience working in the pharmaceutical industry or in manufacturing. We look forward to meeting candidates who ideally have: A degree within Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Science, IT or relevant. Experience in IT An interest in OT. Experience with how to handle IT on OT is an advantage. Some experience in laboratories, process optimisation, and IT. The experience can come from fulltime, student jobs or internships. Experience from working in the pharmaceutical industry and/or manufacturing is an advantage but not a prerequisite Fluent in English both oral and written You thrive in a dynamic environment where the priorities often change and where you do not compromise on the quality of your work and the documentation within your scope. You are a team player who enjoys a lot of social interaction.
About the department You will be part of the IT team, which is responsible for maintenance & support of IT, facilities, utilities, equipment, and other support related functions. The IT team’s main tasks are to initiate, drive, and participate in various IT related tasks and small projects, with the purpose to ensure our production, compliance and future quality and regulatory requirements.
You will be in a team, where there is a great atmosphere and team spirit. We are a group of people with various backgrounds, but we all share the goal of supporting and helping each other, have a good time and to make a big difference. The team is part of the department PS LABS in Data, Digital & IT, which is a multicultural department with many highly skilled employees. Other than covering local IT solutions the department is also responsible for a large variety of global IT solutions within the laboratories in Novo Nordisk.
