What you will be doing As a Business Analyst, you will be working closely with two IT platforms in the Manufacturing Intelligence department: Data Harmonisation Layer (DHL) and POInT. DHL is a global platform designed for easier connectivity and harmonisation of data from various Operational Technology (OT) data sources across Novo Nordisk production facilities. POInT is another global platform that collects data in real-time from various production lines and makes data easily accessible to calculate Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) in Novo Nordisk. Both products make data easily accessible to develop several front-end Manufacturing Intelligence (MI) products to help improve our production processes. Key technologies used are Ignition, Kepware, AWS, Azure, and Alteryx/Tableau. Your main responsibilities include: Acting as a liaison between the LoB/end users and IT systems development teams for business needs requiring IT based solutions Identifying and analysing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives Translating business requirements into technical requirements Researching business requirements and documenting the relationships between the components of the application system (i.e., end users, business processes, data, applications, and devices) Support and participate in implementation activities Sparring with local stakeholders to improve data processes and data quality Continuously challenging and suggesting new processes and methods which can improve the project team and the solution. An ambitious and proactive colleague who can contribute to the team both professionally and personally. On a professional level, you have: A master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Economics, Information Management, Database Management, or similar 2 or more years of relevant work experience in student jobs or full-time jobs Experience or knowledge in translating between technical and business requirements to a variety of stakeholders Great presentation skills using tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint Excellent communication skills, with strong English fluency Experience or knowledge within production systems such as SCADA is a plus Experience or knowledge within frameworks such as Scaled Agile Framework is a plus On a personal level, you are: Not afraid to speak up and stand firm on agreed direction when faced with adversity Excellent stakeholder management skills Structured and focused on driving outcomes Demonstrate agility and adapt quickly to changes Able to hold self and others accountable The team waiting for you You will be part of the Manufacturing Intelligence (MI) department.
