About the department Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) is part of Product Supply, Quality & IT (PS, Q & IT) which is the largest organisational unit in Novo Nordisk with more than 17,000 employees globally across five continents. DD&IT has around 3,000 employees globally, mainly in Denmark, India, Brazil, China, The United States, and France. DD&IT is driving digital, data and IT initiative across Novo Nordisk value chain in close collaboration with the business, to secure modern technology and digital products to the patients. By joining DD&IT, you will both become part of Novo Nordisk global Finance community and a strong Global community of skilled IT professionals. The DD&IT Finance team currently consists of 8 employees in Denmark and India, mainly working with finance partnering, reporting and financial planning tasks for DD&IT and for Novo Nordisk DDIcom (Digital, Data, IT committee) which role it is to set the digital direction for Novo Nordisk. About the position As a Finance Business Partner in DD&IT Finance, you get a unique chance to work across the full Novo Nordisk value chain through a financial and Digital, Data and IT perspective. An area that is growing and playing a key role in Novo Nordisk ambition to harvest Digital and Data advantages. Your tasks include: Being a Finance Business Partner to DDIcom and strategic important Digital, Data and IT business units (including planning and month-end closing) Development and maintain a new framework for measuring value and benefits from investments in digital initiatives Optimising the processes and driving data transparency to enable sound decision making Help deciding and developing which processes and tools are needed to create the right level of financial transparency and reporting Supporting the organisation with financial advice and creating business review material for the CIO and senior stakeholders The job offers frequent senior management interaction and engagement with stakeholders across the organisation, allowing you to build a strong network while driving financial activities related to Digital, Data and IT. With this exposure, you can develop into many exciting positions across Novo Nordisk. Qualifications To be considered for the position, we expect that You have minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role You hold a Master´s Degree in Finance, International Business, Economy or relevant IT degree You have experience within SAP or other major ERP systems and are comfortable with the MS Office package, especially PowerPoint and Excel You have strong stakeholder management skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment You are a strong communicator with fluency in spoken and written English Preferable, you have an interest in digitalisation and IT You communicate and present your cases with confidence, a natural attention to stakeholders, and with organizational and management perspectives in mind. As a person, you are intellectually curious, have a strong drive to succeed, a high level of energy, and the ability to work independently and in teams. Also, you are outgoing, see yourself as an executer who gets the job done on time without compromising the quality in your deliverables. For the right candidate with extensive Finance Business Partnering experience, preferable also with IT and Digitalisation, this could be a Senior Finance Business Partner position.
