The position As our new Associate Manager, you will establish and head up a small team of project managers with the purpose to support the Senior Project Managers in the execution of global strategic projects and coordinate our assessments of new Contract Manufacturing Organisations(CMO’s). The task of the team will among others be establishing project plans, arranging workshops, and mapping stakeholders. The team will maintain and develop the project toolbox like risk process, stakeholder management, and communication plans. As the team initially will be small, you will be expected to also take part in the execution of the team's tasks.
The main tasks in the team include, but are not limited to: Support the PM’s and the project teams with effective project execution.
Develop and maintain the projects tools and best practices
Coordinate and participate in the assessments of new CMO’s in collaboration with Strategic Sourcing
Support the department heads with department activities e.g. team meetings, seminars, ad hoc tasks etc.
Acting as Project manager for internal projects or tracks in the CMO projects
Qualifications To succeed in this role, we expect you to have: Holder of an academic degree, preferably in Pharmacy or a related field
You are a couple of years into your people managerial career
Successfully managed projects within large organizations with multiple stakeholders
Proficient in pharmaceutical production processes and best practices
IT-proficient and able to work within NN standards
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
Additionally, you possess the ability to work proactively in complex and fast-paced environments. As a person, you're a highly adaptable individual who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. You possess a service-oriented mindset and are always prepared for change, readily taking on new responsibilities with a constructive, solution-oriented attitude. About the department Global Contract Manufacturing (GCM) is a unit in Novo Nordisk Product Supply organization and is responsible for Novo Nordisk`s operation of global manufacturing of drug substances and drug products at Contract manufacturers. Our main office is located in Søborg, Denmark where approx. 150 people are based. The primary role of GCM is to establish, monitor, support, and control the production handled by Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs). We operate in many countries, e.g., USA, Belgium, Italy, and China.
You will join the department GCM Projects Drug Products, which is responsible for both controlling the project portfolio and executing the projects in the portfolio.
