The position
As a Senior Aseptic Scientist, you will be joining a team of skilled technical supporters working to improve the technical stability of the filling line and related equipment through continuous improvement. The team is a good combination of senior and junior employees from diverse backgrounds, who are talented and motivated by learning new things, while also having fun together. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Provide technical expertise in aseptic processing or sterile pharmaceuticals, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Develop and execute project plans for implementing or improving equipment in an aseptic environment, including timeline management, resource allocation, and risk assessment
• Establish and maintain good relationships with stakeholders in our own department, suppliers, and specialists in other departments
• Solve problems and improve technical stability on other filling lines Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will have:
• A MSc within mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or other related fields
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant aseptic production in the pharmaceutical industry
• A strong understanding of GMP regulations and industry standards for aseptic processing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Professional proficiency in English As a person, it comes naturally to you to take initiative and to have a strong personal drive. You thrive in a changing and dynamic environment. You can maintain attention to detail, and you are structured when it comes to problem-solving. Furthermore, you have good stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relations and good communication skills.
About the department
Our department is responsible for aseptic filling & freeze drying of Biopharmaceutical medical products within the rare blood disorders and diabetes area using isolator technology. We are approx. 140 colleagues, working in an engaging and respectful atmosphere, where focus is on our products and individual development. Working at BRD, Novo Nordisk
