Join our global organization as the Director of Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Finance & Procurement and help shape our future within the area of Product Supply in Novo Nordisk. The position As Director of IFP, Finance & Procurement , you will be responsible for the overall financial management of our global manufacturing operations for high volume injectables. As part of this responsibility, you will be driving efforts to improve productivity, to ensure financial transparency in decision making, all while ensuring we have a strong foundation for our global financial processes. Further, you will be collaborating with several stakeholders to ensure financial insights related to manufacturing network choices, and allocation of our financial resources, all while driving our Long-Term Financial Outlook considering our current operations and expansions for the future. You will be responsible for:
  • Setting strategic direction for the area, while being a visionary for the future of the global IFP Finance & Procurement organization
  • Driving strategic financial insights to ensure we are allocating our financial resources in an optimal way, based on business priorities
  • Ensuring financial processes and compliance for our global manufacturing operations are in place while driving continuous improvement culture
  • Driving the implementation of global finance and procurement strategies, while ensuring value creation across IFP
  • Leading and developing the IFP Finance & Procurement team of 12-15 colleagues, leading the global finance and procurement networks of 100+ colleagues while being part of the IFP Business Support Management
    • Qualifications You hold an MSC in Business and Administration, Economics, or a similar field and have several years of experience in people leadership roles. You possess a visionary mindset and can effectively manage the needs of the business in a changing environment while ensuring an engaged global team. Additionally, you have had roles with global responsibility in the area of finance, with experience in supply chain and procurement preferable. Furthermore, you demonstrate strong financial and analytical skills. You enjoy working with others, simplifying complex topics for management decision making, identifying opportunities and risks, investigating issues with curiosity, persevering to achieve goals, and striving for high-quality outcomes. Moreover, you possess strong communication skills in both spoken and written English. About the department IFP plays a key role in delivering products to our patients world-wide and is a strategic global manufacturing network with sites in the US, China, Brazil, France, and Denmark. With approximately 8.000 employees, IFP is a truly global organization delivery diabetes and obesity products to our patients worldwide. IFP Finance & Procurement is a part of IFP Business Support located in Bagsværd, Denmark. IFP Business Support is a department of over 50 colleagues with an international spirit, driving high impact business decisions for the global manufacturing organisation that we partner with.
