The Position As a Controller in the Project Office, you will work closely with our team – 1 Project Portfolio Manager and 12 Project Managers –, as well as other stakeholders on site and at headquarters. You will be responsible for month end closing, budgets, forecasts, financial analyses, and presentations. Qualifications You are excellent at communicating and reporting financial statements at all levels of an organisation. You are great at stakeholder management and with your positive and curious approach you challenge the status quo. You care for structure and details yet always maintain the overview. You have an organized and persistent approach to your work and can juggle several tasks while prioritising your efforts optimally by keeping the bigger picture. You have a solid financial background e.g. BSc, HD, MSc. Finance / Economics / Business Administration or similar, with at least a couple of years of relevant work experience. You are an experienced user of Excel and PowerPoint with preferably some experience in SAP. Fluency in English is mandatory for this role. Success in this role requires that you make decisions regarding governance and project controlling and find the right balance between project demands and business needs. About the Department Bagsværd is part of the production network for Injectable Finished Products at Novo Nordisk. The local Project Office is part of Business Support – an area also responsible for logistics, finance, lean, digitalization, training, facilities and EHS. The Project Office in Bagsværd is responsible for managing investment projects on site, with a broad portfolio that includes our growth and shop floor modernization initiatives, new technologies (machines and processes), IT and line improvements.
