The role and its responsibilities As our new Project Manager, you will join projects either in the Due Diligence phase or as part of a longer Integration project. The Project Manager will be responsible for own deliverables, however, in collaboration with Senior roles in the team. Your key tasks will include:
  • Taking the agreed Integration Strategy (Operating model) and build an actionable plan, and drive the integration towards timely execution of this plan
  • Communicating and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders globally, and informally make an impact for the better of the project
  • Being responsible for tracking and reporting progress on the integration activities to the integration team, the IMO, the NN project and to relevant governance bodies
  • Ensuring to identify, track and document risks during the integration project
  • Managing part of the project, depending on the size, however, will also ensure to deliver on some of the IT related tasks
    • Skills we are looking for As an ideal candidate you have:
  • A Master`s degree in Business, IT or another relevant field
  • 2-5 years of experience from M&A Integrations in large corporations or as a management consultant
  • Deep knowledge in various Project Management techniques, and you understand the importance of flexibility and change management to succeed with your ideas and to deliver on the project plan
  • A sense of urgency and understand the field between commercial and IT priorities.
    • On a personal level you are a team player with great interpersonal and communication skills who can build relationships with colleagues and engage stakeholders on all levels of an organisation. You can work independently and thrive in a busy and global environment where priorities change, and fast decisions are needed to move on. About the department The position is based in DD&IT, Global IT Operations (GITO), an area with ~450 employees distributed across more than 25 countries, managing our infrastructure operations and digital workplace services. The Core M&A Team in GITO, is a team of ~10 highly skilled and dedicated people, responsible for ensuring successful Due Diligence and Integration projects within DD&IT.
